Enara Health delivers data-driven obesity care, but its digital platforms didn't match the quality of its clinical team. The patient app was inconsistent across iOS and Android, onboarding was confusing, and many users dropped off early. The provider platform was cluttered and slow. We led the parallel redesign of both products.

What we built

Built a unified design system for consistency across iOS and Android
Revamped onboarding to improve activation and reduce early drop-off
New home feed with categorized content, habit reminders and appointment alerts
Simplified food logging, plus native in-app telehealth and chat replacing external Zoom links
Rebuilt the provider platform to surface actionable data and speed up care coordination
